| RETURN VISIT TO MERLIN'S HILL 27th MARCH 2010 |
REPORT We had previously investigated this building nearly two years ago, and although we had been told activity had suddenly started increasing we were not worried as we had only found a positive energy last time. …. Boy were we in for a surprise!!!! After setting up in the hub we went for a wander around the building some upstairs others remaining downstairs. Jeannette walks up the stairs but feels scared and hurriedly returns downstairs, we all walk upstairs and Steve’s guide tells him not to start up here we need to start downstairs, Jason feels as if the floor moves, and also hears clicks coming from the top corner of the stairs. It is felt people are watching us. Steve stands outside the area where the toilets are and runs scared, he’s very nervous so Jeannette stands there and feels scared also, no reason is given just the feeling off get out of here, so we rapidly move downstairs, all the team barr Jan and Jeannette go to the hub to collect camera etc. Jeannette and Jan go to the main reception area where Jeannette psychically sees a heavy footed man rapidly walking from the top window area down the room towards her and Jan. Jeannette tells Jan to reinforce her protection as does Jeannette; this mans energy is heavy and he is not happy to have us there. Jeannette asks Jan if footfall has been heard .. confirmed also things will have been moved …confirmed. This man dominates the energy in this room in particular and likes to keep things tidy, he feels the people here are not tidy nor working hard enough!!! Jeannette and Jan both feel as if they are being watched and are ready to leave the room when the rest of the team arrive and the investigation starts as Steve links with a spirit lady called Linda who appeared to be a domestic cleaner. Aged about 20 years old and quite mischievous, she would have had trouble with the throat/glands area, no more is given and she moves on. Steve connects with the man Jeannette has already linked with (Jan and Jeannette have said nothing to anyone re this man), Jeannette also re links and starts a psychic drawing out of the way so that no one else can see what she is/has drawn until Steve has finished linking. Steve’s information; A gentleman who is very strong, hates noise and disorganisation. He feels ’in charge’ and is shouting “to much noise” The people who work here are very disorganised. He is responsible for tidying up desks and moving papers. He moves very quickly. Name of Arthur/Arnold Williams, he worked in a very high position and in charge. He knows he is dead. He slipped and fell over, this is how he passed, fell on steps. Judge and Jury! Talks about male twins, cactus! He is not grounded. He is frustrated. Looks about 63/64 tells Steve 56/76 He is unhappy the trees were cut down in the garden, and he comes here because he also dealt with the elderly and wants to organise us. He had a health condition that did not cause his actual death but if the accident had not happened it would have done. Steve has a religious man (we are not sure if he has a mixture of two spirit men coming in and out here) holding a cross, not bad man. He is not aware of a lot of the spirits here in the building. Jeannette has drawn a man in his 60’s wearing what seems to be a cloak/cape or robe of some description, she has also been seeing three faces peering in from the rear window and feels we have witches present but remains quiet as Steve is talking to spirit, she shows the drawing to Julie who immediately feels he was a type of monk or religious person, Julie then says we have witches here it suddenly goes very cold. Someone has allowed the witches into the building (not anyone from the team), Helen is having palpitations. They knew we were coming and came to see us. They are not here in the day, but we are on their land. Steve and Julie pick up on 6 witches. Helen has to suddenly leave the room. These witches are very powerful, they feel dark, and as Steve goes to sit in the chair nearest the area they came in he can not take their energy and scoots back to the team, Jeannette goes to sit in the chair and although she feels slightly unnerved her great respect for these ladies seems to keep them slightly at bay. (We are not saying Steve does not have respect he does, but over the years Jeannette and Julie seem to have had a common link with witches, and so far this has helped them to handle most of the situations where these type of ladies are concerned …possibly a past life link we do not know). We have an era of 12th century. We go to have a break …… Everyone is asked to reinforce their protection. But Helen is seemingly unable to comprehend what is going on around her. Her face looks angry and although we try to engage her in conversation it is obviously hard for her to join in. She says it feels as if her mind is woolly and outside her head not in it. Jeannette is slightly affected and every now and then can't seem to think straight; and there were we thinking that’s normal for her…sorry J! Helen is taken into the kitchen by Pete but Steve follows and Helen's face gets angry looking again. Steve is trying to help get rid of what ever it is that’s taken Helen over, but he is aggravating the energy; as soon as he goes Helen seems to return to normal. Julie is keeping an eye on Jeannette and as they go off to the ladies they both feel that the door under the stairs holds a secret, they feel as if they are being watched by quite a few people all adults. Whilst they are washing their hands Jeannette gets told “water keeps the witches away, run cold water over Helen's hands she will be OK” so Julie goes to tell the others and Helen runs cold water over her hands and does indeed return to ’normal’. It is decided to ask Jason and Steve to go to the first room downstairs on the left hand side as you walk in the building to see if they pick any information up whilst everyone else goes upstairs. This also gives Helen a chance to recuperate away from Steve who may, because of his link with the spirit man in reception, be causing Helen's spirit (temporary attachment) to become annoyed. On the top stair there seems to be a vortex that moves and a lot of spirit using this doorway. Jeannette picks up on the name of Mick/Mike, Julie is standing in the middle of the vortex. Stairs don’t feel they are in the right place, feels as if the area was a hay barn. A woman (spirit) comes up the stairs, Mick/Mike likes the look of her. She is from the past and he leers at her, he also watches the staff walk up and down, they would also sense being watched. He comments on the name of Mark and says he works here and is effeminate. He then says not many men work here. A monk walks through. Then a heavy footed man, he can not see us, he walks up the stairs turns right and carries on walking, so again suggesting the stairwell was not originally there. John has his dog with him, he feels he died to young, he fell down the stairs, a lovely soul. We are told that he’s glad the water problems been sort of solved, he is aware we talk to him, he is not out to scare anyone, and likes the fact our voices seem to go soft when we talk to him. He is not sure of this Mark, he seems different. This spirit man likes the ladies and has got used to having the staff around. There is a connection to a lady here, when they were both alive they had a relationship, they were not married. Jeannette asks if there is a tunnel under the stairway, or mines as it feels you can walk down, along and under something. We are warned that the witches are down in the reception room, 5 of them. They are waiting for the opportunity to get even …not with us but Steve. They come through the reception window. Someone new to the office was bought in specifically to undo the barrier that had been placed around the area many centuries ago. The person no longer is at this establishment and felt it was only a temporary placement just so they could remove the barriers. We swap places with Steve and Jason, who apparently received very little information in their room only a short fat bald man (spirit). And the feeling of being held or locked in there. Helen, Julie and Jeannette go downstairs to the same room as the men had been in and everyone else remains upstairs. Julie, Helen and Jeannette report. The room in general feels OK, Jeannette sits on the floor with back to a radiator (heating is off) Julie sits in the armchair and Helen remains standing whilst leaning against the radiator and wall. Jeannette’s back is warming up and she checks radiator is not on .. it is stone cold… then clear as a bell a voice says “the prats gone then and a chuckle” humming is also heard. A female energy is detected from about 15/1600’s if not later than that. Jeannette feels as if she is sitting in water and Helen says that is how her feet are feeling, Julie seems fine. In hindsight, maybe Helen and Jeannette were spiritually placed in water to protect them from the witches and Julie did not get that sensation as she was suffering from a cough she continually held a glass and drank from it. So she had water through her as opposed to around her. … just an observation we have come up with since the investigation. A spirit lady is humming, she has a pan and broom and is sweeping. Grey/brown clothing, large apron over the top, possibly a maid and the era ?? Victorian. Place feels more like a farmyard or courtyard. Cobbled streets, a horse and carriage with somebody getting out of it. Jeannette feels as if she is being blocked and a thumping headache being given. Helen starts singing “what you gonna do when they come for you” and we have two witch names, Matilda and Rachel or are they for Helen who’s daughter Rachel used to love the film Matilda ????? We chat amongst ourselves as nothing is coming through from Jeannette. Could the original spirit man Steve picked up on; have been a judge, and the jury for the witches, is this why he was so guarded when Steve tried talking to him? We feel the witches are outside the door, there’s two outside it and three watchers. If we move into the reception area is it safe, and we get told ‘trick or treat?’ we are told it would not be safe to allow Steve into the reception area on his own. We have a break. Meanwhile upstairs Steve has connected with spirit; Main room …. Are there mines around here? A disabled person kept hidden here a long time ago because of their mental ability. A brown uniform WWII The trenches. Ley Lines are here, crossroads meeting different levels and vibrations, lots of spirit people just passing through. Hidden secrets going right back in time. A spirit girl looking for an old perfume bottle, her mum gave it to her. Just comes in visitation. A large man with bushy eyebrows, pipe, civil centre - to do with architecture Alfred Wilcox 1940’s All these people are coming through the portal, which moves around the landing. A strong military feel and energy. Victory - American influence. A man who loves old cars, 1920’s cars. Very jolly, loves fireworks, he loved to watch Concorde. Mesmerised by cowboys spurs, he collected feathers. He is aware of everything that goes on, he sees everyone who works there. He worked in the metal works a tradesman. He whistles a lot and would have been heard by the staff. He likes a pint of bitter, a very laid back character. He is a pea in a very large bowl of soup!!! Meaning he is only one of many spirits. Born 1910 name of Tommy. Outside the ladies toilet area Steve is pushed and then rather bizarrely gets an image of a hot water bottle with a stick through it a conflict of energies - good and evil good and evil. Gramophone seen and heard 1930’s music A girl in a flowing dress aged 13 white socks, black sandals, smock and knickerbockers, with white bow in her hair and the name of Annabelle. Rock a bye baby Toffee apple Annabelle is in visitation, she lived here and had a bedroom all to herself. Dad has a bowler hat, grey suit with tails and sports a moustache. Worked with ships but not on them. Management - Clayton. 1920’s gentleman, wearing white shirt, braces about 5 foot tall, cap moustache in his 60s happy go lucky. In visitation, did not live here can not stop dancing. Americans here - A war base with just Americans on it. Steve feels as if he is on a boat. We re-group and decide to do glass swirling in the room upstairs. Protection is given and the glass moves slowly, Jeannette asks for the witches to come forward …nothing Steve asks out and the glass moves to Hello Male Then a swear word is spelt out (to rude to write it here) Goodbye MB IS SPELT OUT (IS THIS SOMEONE WHO WORKS HERE)? YES CP FEMALE YES FEMALE SPIRIT D GOODBYE Q N T NO S N U N MALE YES Y M C M CM CM YES (TO ARE THESE INITIALS) C M E M E K S MU MY MZ MALE WL WM (WHEN ASKED IF THEY COULD SPELL THEY SAID) NO AND GOODBYE AND LEFT. A little perturbing and does not feel correct at all, so think spirit are having some fun. We decide to set up the board downstairs in the reception area hoping to ask the witches to come and tell their story. 1.00am The board is set up, protection is in place and Jason, Steve, Julie and Jeannette are around the board. (a big thank you to Jason who has no liking for the Ouija board or such like but was willing to trust us and help us out). Jeannette asks the witches to come and communicate. HANG HIM IS spelt out Who needs to be hung? Planchette moves swiftly to Steve. Julie asks if Steve reminds them of the man who hung them NO They were innocent, a cold draught over the table area. They were not wrongly accused, a herbalist. HERBS She does not believe she was a good person. KILLED ME Who killed you? Planchette moves to Steve. He asks why? WITCH He named her as a witch. 12 possibly a date/era She is still with the other witches and wishes to stay with them, she is not bad in fact her energy is very gentle. They are getting cross with Steve so its decided for just Jeannette and Julie to do the Ouija board. This is a mixture of the board answering and Mediumship…. MAY 2008 is spelt out that’s when they came here. They were around but not here when we last investigated the venue. AWAY (when we investigated last time) Are you here all the time? NO Have you been here before YES Are you looking for someone? YES - ACCUSER WILLIAM Who is the accuser …. Planchette goes at speed to Steve. Steve laughs at this point and the planchette quickly moves to spell out… DO NOT MOCK We tell them Steve has no recollection of past events or life’s, they understand this. Steve starts to talk BE QUIET They tell Steve WHY they ask him why he done it. Steve apologises but they say NO they do not want an apology. We ask what they want REVENGE What did Steve do to you? SEXUALLY he sexually assaulted you? YES By now Steve is not happy as he has taken this assault on his good name personally, so we ask if Steve looks like the man in Jeannette’s drawing. NO we take this to mean Steve was associated with the man in the drawing, this is confirmed. Steve is well hacked off by now, and although we try to explain that it is not his human form now that they are revengeful for, it is all to do with a past life he can not accept this and is feeling hurt by the accusations. We ask him to keep quiet so as not to antagonise the witches who do not like the sound of his voice whilst we try to conclude this event. It is felt our energy is draining so we ask Jason to help us out, and he does. Are you fearful of the man in the drawing? NO Did you know we were coming here tonight YES BAD Who is bad? Planchette moves to Steve. Steve is bad? YES TELL HIM TO RETURN OUR SOULS They do not want to move on spiritually and it transpires that who ever the man in the drawing is had taken and hidden their souls … powerful magic indeed. They are hidden in the building. Jeannette suddenly gets the image of faces under the stairs and as she thinks of that place the word YES is spelt out in answer to her silent question off ... are they where I have just thought off? Jeannette asks if anyone in particular needs to help them find the souls, planchette clearly and swiftly moves to Jason, Julie, Helen, Jeannette and Peter. Five people for five souls. They want this done now. Steve starts talking and they spell out…. KEEP HIM QUIET Steve has to keep quiet NO Steve not allowed to help NO They do not trust him Shall we go and do it now we ask? NOT AT THIS TIME Is it under the stairs we need to go? YES Do we need to do outside as well? NO WAIT GATTBE QUIH IM the planchette moves quickly but incoherently, Steve who can not keep quiet for long has started to talk again; it is weird you can actually feel the annoyance and anger build up in the Planchette. And yet again Steve is told to BE QUIET Shall we do it now? NO not ready, need to gather together CALL YOU …. Jeannette mentally hears them say “now is the time” and feels the eagerness build up, her guides tell her to fetch the spell salt she carries and all five of us go to the under stair cupboard, she mentally recites words and sprinkles the salt five times there is a rush of energy and a breeze and then everywhere just lifts in energy almost like a tidal wave of goodness. It feels as if the souls have returned . Everyone feels more relaxed apart from Steve who, bless him is smarting from the onslaught of accusations. We close for the night But remember only five souls returned to five witches …there were six witches originally … where is she ? Has she returned to tell others of what has happened? Will she return? We do not know but we are sure that if she does we will be returning to Merlin’s Hill in the future. I have to mention also that the witches probably associated Steve with the man in the drawing, as he connected easily with him, they may well have thought Steve was the mans associate and they had to direct their anger somewhere. As investigators we have to learn that any accusation from the spirit world is not directed at us physically/personally. They may not being seeing the building or us as a different time or era to them, if they’re focused on one thing or one era then that is what they see and act upon. This may be hard to understand and react to, but that is why as a team we have to trust the other members to help us through it as well as our guides. The evening is closed down as the house seems to return to a normal energy level. Lets hope it remains calm and less active for a long time. Thank you for allowing us to investigate. |
