This was the nearest investigation we have done to us and we got well and truly lost!! So on arriving
an hour late and being handed a very much needed cup of tea we got underway.



Jeannette kept getting the name of Margaret but being shown two ladies, one a lot smaller than the
other. The owner could place both these ladies.


Lounge

Jeannette sees two boys playing in the passage way.
Laura sees an orb go by the television, and then a dark shadow walk past the window.

Lee has the energy of a male spirit who shows himself about 6’2” thin build, haggard looking face.
Greasy hair, he has a scar under his left eye, and suffered with the shakes. Aged 68 years old on
passing. And wearing a long black overcoat. He passed with a heart condition. He is not a nice
character at all, not talkative just a lot of abuse. He wants us out, He had a drink problem. The name of
Eryn Summers is given.
There is a Geordie connection, and that he only came down to live here for two years whilst working.
Lee (unaware that Laura had earlier seen a shadow) states that this man has been seen as a shadow
walking past the window.
Lee asks him to show what it is he does in the house; he is shown a door handle being held down so
that people can not undo the door. There is some significance to door with the banister and a coat with
a hood that he pushes off. He likes to stick a foot out and trip people up. He rolls his own ciggie and
people have seen that distinctive red glow.
All the above was verified as being correct by the owners.

Whilst Lee had been talking with spirit Jeannette has drawn the man, Lee agrees it is the same
likeness.

Lee sees a man pop his head round the door frame but it quickly disappears. Jeannette senses the
two boys, and is sure they play in the passage way and also move things in the kitchen.

We go upstairs and immediately a cold spot is felt at the top. Jeannette and Lee have ‘cobweb’
sensations and a cold draught is felt by most in the group.
Jeannette is shown an image of Cruella Deville character from 101 Dalmatians. and Lee is shown a
dachshund also both mediums pick up on a golden Labrador/retriever This has a lot of significance as
at the end of the investigation the owners mention that a previous occupier had ill treated many
animals whilst living here, so much so as to be investigated by the RSPCA.
On the door frame opposite the top stair it is felt to be very warm 29c in one spot where as lower down
it is 26c

2nd bedroom at top of stairs.


Jeannette is shown a lady from spirit who stands in the middle of the room at the foot of the beds
watching what goes on. It is also felt that there can be problems with the electrical goods in the room.
Confirmed by owner in that his son’s have seen a lady standing in the bedroom.
This lady had a stroke and is passing the conditions on to Jeannette who is having difficulty getting
her words out.  She shows herself as a younger lady with long hair and slim, but was not quite like this
when she passed. She tells Jeannette to face Phil and tell him that his life is full of love and she
thought this only happened in fairytales, but it doesn’t it can truly happen in real life. This lady is
Margaret, she says Phil is the apple of her eye, and shows him to Jeannette as a small boy, she loved
him like her own and still does, and wants to give him a big hug. Homemade food is shown so she was
a good cook, also links with London,  The name Albert is also significant to Phil. Albert is a short man
about 5’8 and looks sterner than he was. Jeannette tells Phil Albert was a relative of his, Phil agrees.  
Jeannette feels a Great grandfather. Suddenly the name of Beatrice just jumps in, this is Phil’s new
guide.  Phil was able to confirm all the above. Margaret is his Grandmother.
Meanwhile Lee has got a little boy aged about 8/9 years old, with blond spiky hair, wearing a checked
shirt and blue trousers. The boy passed in an accident and will only show Lee his red bicycle, so we
can presume he passed in an accident that involved his bike. Adam is his name, the surname possibly
Richards, Jeannette feels he passed in 1979.  Lee feels this boy was on the way to the house to call for
his friend when he was killed in an accident, he comes back looking for his friend Carl Stevens aged
13. Lee’s legs start to feel very wobbly and feels this has to do more with the room and the emotions of
one of its occupants feeling bogged down, someone who carries the weight of the world on their
shoulders (confirmed).
Helen has a sudden pain above her eye and said she can only liken it to being shot.
Lee sees the daschund again the same time as Helen says something low just brushed past her. Lee
picks upon a sea merchant and an avocado.

Main bedroom.

Lee picks up on a lady, about 5’2 with grey hair, wearing brown rimmed spectacles. Of a thin build and
would suffer from severe arthritis especially in her knees. She is showing herself dressed in a brown
duffle coat and carrying a brown handbag. She passed to spirit with stomach cancer. She shoes lee
her bad feet she has long toenails she was unable to cut them but too proud to ask for help. She
suffered from bad headaches. Her name is Delsie, she was a lonely lady as her family couldn’t be
bothered with her. This lovely soul passed at the tender age of 73 in 1967. She comes back in visitation
to relive her happiest memories.

Jeannette says that on one side of the bed she knows the owner suffers from dark disturbing dreams.
And he would wake up with a headache every morning, (confirmed), it is felt that a dark energy has
been called up here before the current owners moved in. The room needs to be cleansed and
Jeannette will do this from afar later on, this is a method she has used many times which is
unobtrusive and normally works.
Jeannette recommends to the owner that the mirror facing the bed should not be facing that way, it
can act as a portal to the spirit realms and in the position that it is currently could be enhancing the
activity. It is worth turning it around just to see if it makes a difference.
Jeannette feels a little girl come into the room and knows she plays with the stuff on the wardrobe,
she is a tiny little thing and there are two names given Emily Jane and Sarah. Two images are shown
one of a girl in a dress and no shoes, and one of her in trousers. Lee feels very hot and is getting a
fire but Jeannette feels that maybe the girl passed with a fever and was burning up.

Lee is asked to do psychometry on a boxed toy and he correctly tells the owner that it has been
moved/pulled over.
Noises have been heard on and off downstairs, cutlery being clinked and footsteps but no one is
downstairs, and when Helen and Jeannette go to look … they are brave! They can see orbs darting
around and shadows.

Lee helps the spirit man who was cross earlier on to pass over and the evening is closed down.


After a dodgy start to the evening (arriving late) we had a thoroughly good time investigating this
seemingly normal house, there are many spirits passing through, a bit like the underground in rush
hour, and just as typical in that everyone is too busy to stop and talk.  
Out of a four hour investigation we only managed to obtain 33 minutes on cam corder, no explanation
is available for this. The owners have since told us that when they set the cameras up to capture the
many orbs moving around they only get 34 minutes out of a 2 hour tape.
Since the investigation Jeannette has remotely cleansed the house and is going to get in touch with
the owners to see how the situation stands now.  If necessary we will return to clear the house whilst
in situ.
