| REPORT Firstly a huge thank you to our hosts Neil and Gemma who certainly know how to welcome travellers…. Tea, biscuits and cakes…. A good start to the night! We were warmly welcomed by Neil & Gemma, you could sense their apprehension as they had been troubled for sometime now with things that really did go bump in the night, and had asked us to help solve the mystery of who might be in there house other than themselves and the cats. Investigation starts at 7.40pm in Lounge. Lee has a spirit gentleman with him, only 4’6 tall very thin build and bald, his main feature being his very dark deep set eyes. (Jeannette draws the man, who insists on her giving him hair!) He is telling us to get out, he doesn’t want us here, and he is grounded, and belongs to the actual building. Circa; 1967, not a nice personality with him, he is grumpy. Jeannette feels a cold draft and Lee is cold on the left hand side. The man’s name is William Forthright; Lee is given Marcel who is not linked to William but nothing else with this name. Jan & Angela hear a noise on the stairs, the hall is really cold. The man is showing Lee him going up the stairs and making noises, he tells Lee the kitchen is different especially the archway. Gemma confirms that they hear someone going up stairs and the kitchen is different. William tells Lee that he turns the taps, and also pulls the plug out in the bathroom. Gemma says that the water pressure was fine until they had to remove the old bathroom fittings and since then the pressure is too low. William does not like the changes and shows his anger by doing things in the house. He does not do it to frighten people, he was a loner, a private man who loved his home, and this is stopping him from moving on. He is aware he is spirit. As far as he is concerned Gemma and Neil are in his home, they are intruders. Lee picks up on cigarette smoke being smelt, William was a heavy smoker and passed with throat cancer aged 62. He then shows Lee that he knocks on a wardrobe door and says he has been seen by the door upstairs and someone has seen him out of the corner of their eye. Gemma says she has had this feeling downstairs and sees something going up the stairs. Jeannette’s left arm feels cold, temperature is, 22.5c the right is 30c William tell Lee of a dog his beloved companion, a mongrel, grey fur, overweight about knee high. The dog passed a long time before his owner and his name was Star. A gasp from Gemma who has recently acquired a new puppy and when deciding on a name it was between two. Star or Pebble. Gemma had no idea where the name star had come from. Now she does! Bedroom 1 William died in this room, he was alone and untreated for his cancer, as he hated any type of company even a trip to the doctor was a no go area. It was only because the milk bottles had built up that the milkman called the police and they found the body of William. William knew we were coming here tonight, he as been in this bedroom as the energy is fresh, he is now standing at the top of the stairs. Bedroom 2 Jeannette & Lee can feel the bed vibrate, Lee feels nauseous. Gemma feels that there is pressure in the room; headaches /pressure around the head are felt by several of us. Lee feels tremendous heat down his left side 35c the right is 29.5c Lee calls out to spirit. The bed pan on the wall is from the Skirrid Inn, Lee tries psychometry but can only see a maid carrying it and warming the bed. The sickness is to do with the wardrobe which was inherited. Something was found in the wardrobe too soon, a letter of some sort possibly a will. Lee can hear a ticking noise but no clocks are in this room. Lee gets the name of Gladys, and two separate heart conditions relating to the wardrobe. The years of 1927 and 1933. Feelings of mistrust surround this wardrobe. Someone was rifling through papers when they shouldn't’t have been. Someone’s trust was broken. Tea Break 9.10pm 9.40pm Garden Lee picks up on, 1600’s A horse and cart with two wheels and two horses, potatoes in the back of the cart. A man in a flat cap All is residual. Garage 9.50pm Jeannette has been shown some writing on the walls in the garage which the current owners found when they moved in. She goes to tune in whilst Lee stays in the garden. A young man slim, tall dark haired age appx 23 years old. Done this, he was heavily into the occult/black magic and would have certainly used an Ouija board. The heavier energy in the house would be this man searching for something he has lost. Things would move in the house and the mystery of the missing book is solved as he says he took it. Neil confirms that things are moved and that they had thought it was a young man early 20’s who was causing the ‘trouble’ in the house. Martin is his name he passed in a road traffic accident. He is showing Jeannette the pentagram that was found in the garden earlier with the dowsing rods. The atmosphere in the garage is very heavy you would feel that your being watched and Jeannette asks Neil if they can move the spirit on, he agrees as he feels uncomfortable in here if/when he has to do something. The names of Matthew and Elizabeth are mentioned. Martin shows Jeannette dead animals being used in the garage for rituals. They are buried deep in the garden although the crows used are in small coffins. We hear a loud banging noise in the garage which is unexplained. Martin comes here in visitation he is grounded but his ‘haunt’ is about 3 ½ miles away Shapwick. There is a murder of a woman connected to him. It happened in the “bigger woods” confirmed by Neil there are some larger woods not too far away. There are 3 men and a woman, plus the victim. She was put in a car (the car is red with registration plate beginning with C. 1985) quite a small car. They took her to a quarry with a lake. Neil says there is a quarry at Puriton. The body has never been discovered. She was part of the occult group and when a ritual went terribly wrong she died. Neil is now cold whilst Jeannette is sweating and clammy. Jeannette halts the link and asks for Lee to come and clear the garage with her before they leave the house... Lounge Jeannette and Lee where on the way to the garage but before they could go orbs start appearing on Lee, it looks like a snow storm. Absolutely amazing, lights are shooting off all over the place. The air is really charged and most people in the room can feel it. Angela has decided to do a lone vigil upstairs on the landing she has been calling out for William in her mind and asking him to set the motion sensors off… as the saying goes “ask and you shall receive” the motion sensors went off and gave her a big fright. She joins us downstairs. A woman’s voice is heard by Gemma and Angela, noises are heard upstairs. Lee calls out to spirit and a loud bang is heard above us, (no one is up there). There is a cold breeze by Jeannette and the orbs are still dancing they haven’t ceased. Lee and Jeannette feel as if they are covered in cob webs, orbs are still coming. Lee moves across the room to see if the light anomalies follow him …they do Poor Helen can hardly contain herself and as you will hear on the cam corder clips there are squeals of delight and awe from everyone. Gemma can hear a shuffling sound in the kitchen. Lee and Pete are both by the doorway the orbs have shifted more to Peter now. Not to be left out the girls change places and the boys record lots of orbs shooting around the girls. Gemma and Jeannette can feel the energy and at one point, Lee mentally asks spirit to walk between them just as someone pushes past them and a large orb is caught on tape. A loud bang is heard again from upstairs. Orbs still dancing. As Lee, Jeannette, Peter & Angela go to the garage to help Martin over the orbs follow and are caught in the garage now. Martin was keen to go, a lady was with him, could have been the one who was killed, but as they went to walk through the portal three other spirits followed. It was very calm and peaceful. We return to the lounge, and all go upstairs to help William pass over. Again light anomalies are all over the group, Lee helps William to pass over and as he walks through the portal a little girl trots behind him and goes as well. The evening comes to an end. The light anomalies we have on cam corder are just amazing and will be on the website. We have never seen anything this mad with light anomalies. Lee and Jeannette have never felt so much energy in one location, it was like being plugged in to the mains electrics. An amazing investigation and thoroughly enjoyed by all. |
