TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. By signing I agree to the terms and conditions as set out below.
2. I accept that the Ghost Investigation Team are not responsible for my actions or the results of my
actions whilst taking part in an investigation or event organised by the Ghost Investigation Team, and that my
actions will not bring the Ghost Investigation Team into disrepute.
3. I accept that if I do anything to bring the Ghost Investigation Team into disrepute I will be asked to
leave the investigation or event there and then with no refund of monies paid.
4. I accept that the Ghost Investigation Team is not responsible for me travelling to and neither from an
investigation or event, nor for any costs I incur whilst at or whilst travelling to and from any investigation or
event.
5. I agree that the Ghost Investigation Team is not liable for any injury I incur whilst travelling to, or taking
part in or travelling home from an investigation or event organised by the Ghost Investigation Team.
6. I agree that the Ghost Investigation Team is not liable or responsible for any loss or damage to any
personal effects or belongings I take to an investigation or event or leave in a vehicle .
7. I agree to only smoke in the designated area shown to me by the Ghost Investigation Team whilst on an
investigation or event. I agree and accept that smoking in an investigation area not designated by the Ghost
Investigation Team could mean I am asked to leave the investigation or event with no refund.
8. I agree that no alcohol is to be consumed before or during an investigation or event. Anyone found to
be under the influence of alcohol during the investigation or event will be asked to leave with no refund.
9. I agree not to use any non prescription drug or prescribed drug that may alter my mental state or
hinder my consciousness before or during the investigation or event, anyone thought to be under the
influence of said drugs will be asked to leave the investigation or event with no refunds.
10. I agree to respect the property and personal effects belonging to the property and its owners whilst
on an investigation or event organised by the Ghost Investigation Tea.m I also agree to behave in a
courteous and considerate manner to fellow investigators and persons present at an investigation or event.
Anyone found in the Ghost Investigation Team's opinion not to be doing so may be asked to leave with no
refund.
11. I agree that any camcorder footage, voice recordings or photographs I have taken, or appear (visually
or audibly), in whilst on an investigation or event may be published and distributed by the Ghost Investigation
Team, whilst the Ghost Investigation Team will agree to award all credits to the individual.
12. I agree that the Ghost Investigation Team cannot guarantee any paranormal activity of any description
whilst on an investigation or event. I also agree that the Ghost Investigation Team cannot be held liable for
any incident or accident that may occur following paranormal activity.

Due to changes within the law we now have to also ask you to read and agree to the following statement. We
do not necessarily agree that paranormal activity is a form of entertainment but the law is there for a reason
and we have to uphold it.
Declaration
Under UK Legislation 6th April 2008 it is necessary to bring your attention the "CPR" law; Consumer Protection
from Unfair Trading Regulations (2007) incorporating UCPD: Unfair Commercial Practices Directive.
Therefore attending a Ghost Investigation Team event is dependant on all participants agreeing to the
following disclaimer.
I accept that during my attendance on any ghost hunt or any event arranged by Ghost Investigation Team
Investigators, I will be participating in a scientific experiment that might have an effect on my conscious or
subconscious mind, I further accept that the results of these experiments cannot be guaranteed, but I am
prepared to freely participate. I understand that in part, the investigation or event is for entertainment
purposes and Ghost Investigation Team Investigators cannot guarantee any paranormal activity.
I am not aware of any medical or psychiatric health condition that may preclude me from participation in this
investigation or any events held by the Ghost Investigation Team .
I am not taking any non medical or medically prescribed or self medication drugs or therapies which may
affect my decision to participate freely, and I have freely chosen or not chosen to consult my medical
practitioner before accepting a place on any event run or hosted by The Ghost Investigation Team.
I fully acknowledge it is my duty to inform Ghost Investigation Team Investigators of any changes to my mental
and physical status as outlined before the start of any investigation/event.
I agree that I am wholly responsible for the ongoing state of my physical, emotional, spiritual and
psychological health and wellbeing, as well as my actions.
I am over 18 years of age.
I have read and understood the above Terms and Conditions and I agree to be bound by them.
YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SIGN THESE TERMS UPON ARRIVAL OR BEFORE THE ACTUAL EVENT .
