REPORT, PHOTO'S ART & VIDEO CLIPS.

We had been asked to investigate this location as a rather
odd smell had been invading a certain room in the flat for
some time, as it seemed to appear/arrive at near enough
the same time each night in the same room and all
physical and natural explanations had been ruled out by
the current owner.
This was intriguing and so the management team arrived
at 9.30pm to a small flat in a town centre in Wales, where
we were very warmly welcomed by John the occupier, he
knew exactly how to greet an investigation team and get
off to a good start …. The kettle was on!!
After introductions we walked around the flat to get some
base line tests done… all emf readings were within normal
range.
Room temperatures were recorded so that any fluctuation
could be conferred with during the investigation.
Outside the weather was dry and -1c

Upon walking into the front room Jeannette picked up on a gentleman watching from the corner. Digital
cameras picked up orbs in the exact spot.

In the main bedroom Jeannette also picked up residual energies of a gentleman who had passed away
on his own, this could elude to the smell, but nothing could be confirmed at this stage.

10pm

It was a slow start as both Mediums were having trouble tuning in to spirit, there was so much history
surrounding the place that as John put it, “it was like trying to pick out one singular conversation in a
packed room of people”
Whilst in the spare room a gentleman spirit was heard by Jeannette to be calling out for Aggie, the date
of 1542 was put with this man, no other information was forthcoming.
Jeannette was told by her guides that at least 3 spirit walked in the flat, 2 men and a lady who would
‘pop’ in.

Lee meanwhile had picked up on a small dog, a Jack Russell type but with long legs, he had a stumpy
tail and light brown/beige and white patches, this was confirmed by John that it could well have been a
dog owned by his parents.

Lee then linked to a woman about 5’3” petite build, silvery grey hair in a bun wearing a creamy bonnet,
a black shawl over a white blouse with frills down the front and terracotta coloured pleated skirt. Black
boots with a very thin sole completed her attire. Little did any one know that earlier in the day
Jeannette had been impressed by her spirit guides to draw a lady that fitted Lee’s description.
Lee was now getting pins and needles down his arm and into his fingers, he feels this lady passed of a
stroke condition. She was 78 years old on passing and possibly lived around the 1723. She lived on the
premises, and although the building is now several flats she walks throughout. This lady is not
grounded here at all but comes in visitation as she has fond memories of this place. Lee felt she
passed in the location of that is now flat two.
There seemed to be a couple of generations that occupied the house at the same time, a great
Grandchild to the woman impressed upon Lee his name of Lewis and also the top floor where he
insisted on showing off his wooden blocks in different colours and a rocking horse.
The lady lived on her own for a large part of her life, her husband had an industrial accident, Jeannette
had ‘tin mines’ impressed upon her when Lee was asking spirit as to the gentleman’s occupation. At
10.50pm the temperature suddenly drops from 19c to 16c as the man is felt to walk through the hall into
the front room, he appears to be following Helen.
Meanwhile the woman is telling Lee that she had four children, three girls and a boy, her husband was
42 years old when he passed. The names of Sullivan, Llewellyn were given and also Ray.
This lady loved making bread and lucky Lee gets to see and smell fresh bread being made.

The dog appears again and runs past everyone into the front room. He seems to enjoy running around
the flat.

11pm

Something most odd is happening between Lee and Angela they are standing only inches apart but the
temperature is rapidly changing from 20c – 17c and within seconds it goes from 21c – 17c Jeannette
and Lee both pick up on a small boy standing between Lee and Angela.
The boy likes Lee and decides to talk to him ….
He is a small lad aged approx; 3-4 years of age.
His name is Robert and the time era would be early 1600 - 1609 it is felt that he was wearing what looks
to be blue denim dungarees, (this is confusing as would not fit the era given), Jeannette gets the word
Serge and John confirms that around that era a fabric like today’s denim called serge was a popular
material. He has a shirt on with big cuffs. His small black boots are shiny and the laces undone.
On asking how he passed Jeannette’s told by horse and cart, but Lee is shown a lake with lily pads. This
is odd as both Mediums were given very strongly the passing condition, so they now have to sort this
out… transpires the family lost two sons one in a drowning act and one who ran out the front of the
house straight under a horse and carriage.
Robert however is the one to tell his story …. Robert drowned on a day trip out to a local area where
there are large ponds covered in lilies. It was a tragic accident. Robert would prefer to tell Lee about
the window... He shows Lee a round frosted glass window with red squares going round the frosted
area and small blue squares inside the red ones. This window is not in this house.
The boy now points to the window, it is a church window and Robert liked the colours and would spend
a lot of time just sitting by it.
Robert is now sitting cross legged on the hallway floor playing with an abacus, he lived at the property
with a brother and a sister Margaret Rose. A content young lad.

It is now 11.45pm and the team have moved to the main bedroom where the smell invades.
Jeannette instantly picks up on the gentleman who had passed away in this very room. He was an
elderly looking man although it transpires later that he was in-fact only in his 60’s but his illness added
another 10- 20 years on him. He was very lonely and after passing with what appears to be a heart
condition had lain undiscovered for many days if not weeks. This is the possible smell that he decides
to bring back each night; Jeannette describes it as a very heavy musty odour. Jeannette is compelled
to look out the window and feels drawn to sit there, it is then confirmed by John that this is where the
smell is most strong. The man would have sat watching the world go by, the condition of Emphysema is
given, and this would explain why he was house bound. He has thinning hair on top, hair greased back,
of slight stature, always felt cold. About 5’11”. Lee sees him wearing a large cardigan, green in colour,
this cardigan is very heavy and thick, also a red and black checked thick cotton shirt. The year 1900’s,
possibly the 1950- 1955 is impressed upon both Mediums.
The man decides to share his cough with Jeannette who ends up bent over coughing violently.
Jeannette gets the name of George and Lee picks up on an Alfred ( this is a name given to Jeannette
whilst drawing the woman earlier in the day, no one knew of this information).
Apart from suffering with this severe breathing disease the man is felt to have suffered the most
horrific nose bleeds and as Jeannette feels her nose ‘going odd’ she rapidly asks him not to share this
with her.
The room was definitely bigger than present day; this is confirmed by John pointing out a partition wall
to one side.
The man is saying he had family they just didn't’t bother, the name of Simon Jones is given and this
feels like it is to do with the family.
The man says he worked hard all his life and this is how he is paid, poor Jeannette is once again
transferred the cough.
The man is bitter, he was left to suffer, let down. He was proud of his appearance and seemed to make
an effort in keeping it. He is ex- military, John asks why he brings the smell with him, Jeannette gets the
word retribution and told “Because I can”
Jeannette is then poked in the back and Lee suddenly says “It is nice to stand tall”
R.A.F connections are given, and the words Staff Sergeant.
A dance hall is mentioned and it is confirmed there were dance halls within the local area.
The name Charles is given out.
Lee states the man is glad we are there to listen to his tale and take an interest, he has been trying
very hard to get attention. He lost a lot of friends in a blast, possibly a mine a long time ago. He was a
lucky one he got out, but he paid for it later on.
The gentleman draws back a little; John says the room is feeling lighter.
The whole area starts to get busier … spirit wise and there is a sudden scratching noise heard in the
corridor, although nothing found.

12.15am

As the team head back to the front room for coffee, Lee mentions a possible vortex in the hall, this is
confirmed by Jeannette. It is the exact spot where earlier Jeannette had seen a man walk through.

John has kindly put the kettle back on and it is decided by Lee, Jeannette, and John to ask the spirit
gentleman to leave the flat, it is felt by the Mediums that John would no longer be bothered by the
smell again as the story has been told, but John felt happier if the spirit could be helped on his way to
cross over.
We are willing to do this if requested by an owner, so Lee and Jeannette go back to the main bedroom
to help the spirit man.
They are compelled to hold hands for this, which has never happened before and as they draw their
guides even closer and ask for spirit to help this man they both start to feel small, Jeannette feels the
gentleman’s spirit walk through her from the back and stand in between them, they both feel they are
shrinking and going into the ground, a very weird experience culminated by the fact as the mans loved
ones reach out to him Jeannette crumples to the ground in what can only be described as a faint. It is
felt that the man just drained her of energy. They go to the front room and have a well earned coffee
with the rest of the team.
It is 1am and after a good chat with John and handshakes all round a happy team partake to their
various ways home and hopefully John settled down to a good nights rest with no smells!

A very interesting investigation and we would like to thank John for his hospitality and wish him well in
the future.
